Irish Cray, European Spiny Lobster (Palinurus elephas). Our Spiny Lobsters are a rare delicacy that are caught from the rocky exposed coastline of North West Ireland. They have a delicious mild and sweet flavour and prove to be extremely popular during the summer months when they are more widely available.
